How long does shipping take?

- International shipping: 15 to 20 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Sipping within Singapore is FREE!
International shipping rates are dynamically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel's journey.
Will I have to pay international customs duties or taxes?
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees will be calculated and included in your final bill at checkout so there are no surprise fees upon delivery.

How do I start a return or exchange?
To maintain our boutique standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless you have received a damaged or defective garment. If your item is damaged, please review our terms and conditions here to start an exchange.
Can I return sale items or items bought with a discount code?
Sale or discounted items can only be returned if they arrive with unannounced defects. If an item is sold at a discount due to a specific, pre-disclosed defect, it is a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Orders & Payments
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
All sales are final. Once an order is placed, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or changes.

How should I wash and care for my garments?
Because our garments are crafted from premium cotton and traditional blockprinted fabrics, we highly recommend hand washing them in cold water and hanging them to air dry. Please avoid machine washing and tumble drying to best preserve the colors and handprinted details.
